Situated along Garrett Street, in Cawsand, this welcoming home can accommodate up to 9 guests across four bedrooms. The traditional kitchen with electric AGA is complimented by the bright dining room and bi-fold doors out and up to the garden. The ground floor wet room is perfect for washing off after a busy day on the beach. A fantastic holiday let for families and groups looking to explore Cornwall's Forgotten Corner.

Kelvin House is situated in a prominent position in the centre of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone’s throw from both Kingsand and Cawsand beach.

Parking
This historic village does not have private parking; however, there are two public pay and display car parks under a five minute walk to the property.

Additional Information
Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price.
(please bring you own beach towels)

The property has Wi-Fi.

One well behaved pooch allowed with an additional fee of £25 per week.

Kelvin House operates a Saturday – Saturday changeover.

Refundable security deposit

Please note that a deposit of £300.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will not be captured and funds will become available in your account.

We loved our stay here. The house is gorgeous with stunning views over the sea. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, there is a huge TV - which our son thought was great! The location is ideal, just a short walk to everything that Cawsands and Kingsands has to offer.

Great host Rosie. The property is in a brilliant position. Easy walking distance for pubs with great food. We were 4 ladies with a room each. We used the shower on the first and second floor. Spacious lounge with big tv. We only stayed in once thanks for a great stay.

Wow what an amazing location, you don’t really need to leave the village! The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the rest of the decor and furniture are equally high standard. A good range of space in this deceptively large property is enough to give family space to get together but also have separate space as required - there were 6 of us including 3 late teenagers!
