Kiln Close is in the fishing village of Cawsand just a couple minutes’ walk from the beach. The newly refurbished property has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. There are shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distant. It’s perfect for families looking for a seaside break as it is only a minutes walk to the glorious Cawsand Beach and is situated at the base of Penlee Woods.

The property consists of;

Lounge – With a log burner and dining table, highchair in the cupboard.

Kitchen – A well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker and microwave.

Utility room – With a washing machine.

Downstairs W/C – Toilet & basin.

Patio area – With new table and chairs.

Double bedroom – Double bed and wardrobe, space for a travel cot.

Twin Bedroom – Two single beds with a wardrobe.

Bunk Bedroom – A bunk bed with space to hang clothes.

Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. However bring your own beach towels if required.

The property is available on check-in a Friday from 3pm. Short breaks may be available between October and April.  The property does not have parking however the public pay and display carpark is less them a minutes walk away.
