Curlew Cottage over looks the beach in the beautiful Cornish village of Cawsand, where an admiral once lived. It is believed he fell in love with the village and built the property before any other houses were positioned on the street. It’s no wonder with the incredible views experienced from each floor.
The spacious property is spread over four floors and able to accommodate 8+2 guests making it the perfect place for large sea loving families to holiday.
The property consists of;
Ground Floor – Open plan kitchen with Aga Range cooker, dining area that sits up to 10 people and a door which leads to the patio/ sun terrace.
First Floor – Living room with log burner and three set sofa bed, family bedroom with a double and single bed and a wet room.
Second floor – Twin room, small double room and bathroom.
Third floor – Master bedroom with en-suite and floor to ceiling Velux windows.
To access the property, guests will need to walk up some steps making it unsuitable for people who are a little wobbly on their feet. The nearest parking is in Cawsand car park, which less than a five-minute walk, but you can always drive past the property for offloading.
The water is heated by solar panels (with conventional energy back-up) and the central heating is provided via a modern and wonderfully sustainable air source heat pump. Clean linen and bath towels will be provided within the total price. Please bring your own beach towels.
The property is available for check-in on a Saturday from 4pm and check out is at 10am the following Saturday. Pets may be considered, please ask when requesting to book.
