A super stylish three bedroom cottage that has been thoroughly refurbished whilst still paying homage to its traditional roots. You are only a short stroll from Kingsand beach and the wonderful collection of cafes, pubs and shops that are located within this historic fishing village.
The accommodation is spread across three floors with a tranquil living room and country style kitchen/diner on the ground floor. The charming courtyard with feature cherry blossom tree is south westerly facing and receives the best of the afternoon and early evening sun.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor (restricted head height) with exposed beams and a feature free standing bath. A further double room which is located on the first floor benefits from an adjoined shower room and is complimented by a double bunk area at the rear of the property which is the perfect hideaway for the kids.
Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. One well behaved dog allowed with an additional fee.
The property is available on a Friday from 3pm.
Short breaks are available between October and April, please feel free to contact us with required dates.
The historic village does not have private parking; however, the public pay and display carpark is less than a minute walk away from the property.
