The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, traditional roll top bath and plenty of fresh towels.
As you might expect with a property of this age, the doors are low in places and the basement level is just slightly over 6ft in height. Set over four floors there are a number of stairs and this might make the property unsuitable for young children or people with reduced mobility.
Whilst there is no outside space with this house, you are only seconds from Kingsand beach and the surrounding countryside. Parking is usually available in the pay and display car park located directly behind the property with either hourly, daily or weekly passes (Kingsand Car Park).
