Lower Ground Floor: Open-plan kitchen/dining area, utility room, pantry, W/C. French doors lead onto a large balcony from the kitchen and a door from the dining area leads down a set of steps to the private courtyard with direct beach access.

Ground Floor: Large sitting room with twin balconies. King size bedroom.

First Floor: Principal suite with super king size bed and en-suite shower room, King size bedroom, double bedroom, and family shower room. Second Floor: Twin bedroom, bathroom.

Outside: Seated balcony area leading from the kitchen/dining area, overlooking the enclosed courtyard with gated access to the beach. Height of step from courtyard to beach variable; due to natural movement of sand below.

You can pull up near the property to off load and park in the Cawsand car park. A short walk away, the car park is operated by Cornwall Council and offers weekly permits.

Key collection is between 3pm – 5pm on Friday’s. Later check in available for an extra fee by advanced booking.
