Woodleigh is situated in the heart of Cawsand, only a stone's throw from the beach and the village carpark. The walled garden is a real sun-trap and perfect for alfresco dining after a busy day at the beach. Period features throughout this Georgian home are complimented by all of the modern luxuries you would expect for a truly comfortable stay. Four generous bedrooms provide accommodation for up to 8 guests.
The ground floor is a super space for entertaining with the living room / diner, that’s flooded with light, creating a welcoming and comfortable space in which to relax. Into the recently renovated kitchen with integrated hob / oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Conveniently located off of the hallway is a w/c and access out to the courtyard and gardens above. A double bunkbed room can be found the other side of the stairs perfect for the children to hangout.
The first floor provides accommodation across three bedrooms; super king with ensuite, super king which can a zip and link providing 2x3ft twin beds (please request on booking) and double. The family bathroom also located on the first floor is equipped with a bath, overhead shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and w/c.
Nestled within the thriving village of Cawsand, this delightful coastal cottage is a hidden gem. It's perfectly placed to enjoy the seaside life with three glorious beaches within walking distance and shops, restaurants and cafes to enjoy.
Woodleigh is situated on Armada Road in Cawsand. Cawsand village carpark is a couple minutes’ walk away at the top of the street. At the bottom of the street, the beach is less than a two-minute walk away.

This is an amazing house in a perfect location. We had everything we could ask for. The beds were very comfortable. We were warm throughout our stay. The house was a warm hug and we really appreciate the attention the owners have given to us as gsee more

A really beautiful village with lots to do without having to drive, great cafes, pubs, shops, galleries, lovely sage beaches for the children and right on the South West Coast Path with easy walks with great views. |

Great house, brilliant location. Comfortable beds and well equipped. We had a lovely stay with our family. Car Park is just a minutes walk away and the property is only a few minutes walk to the beach. Very steep steps in the garden and lots of see more
