Tucked just a short stroll from Brixham’s lively harbour, Palm Cott is a former quarryman’s cottage that has been thoughtfully updated to create a comfortable and welcoming retreat for up to four guests. Originally built in the 19th century, it offers an easy-going base for a seaside escape with family or a break with friends in South Devon.

Head inside to a warm and inviting living space, with comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove ideal for the cooler months, while the oak kitchen is well equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to relaxed evening meals.

Upstairs, two bedrooms provide flexible accommodation. The main bedroom is arranged with a double bed, while the second can be set as either twins or a king-size. A family bathroom completes the layout.
Outside, there are two separate areas to enjoy. To the rear, a raised deck offers a peaceful spot for dining or an evening drink, while the front patio provides a sunny place to sit.

Palm Cott’s location places you within easy reach of everything Brixham has to offer. The harbour, with its selection of cafés, restaurants and independent shops, is just a ten-minute walk away. From here, you can explore the South West Coast Path, take to the water on a boat trip, or simply enjoy the atmosphere of this vibrant fishing town. Nearby beaches and the Shoalstone seawater pool offer excellent options for swimming and paddleboarding.

Please note that on-street parking is available nearby but cannot be guaranteed. The second bedroom is arranged as twins unless a different configuration is requested in advance. Access to the rear decking involves steps which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
