Description
Situated in the heart of the charming old fisherman's village Kingsand, in Southeast Cornwall, One The Green accommodates up to four guests making it the perfect property for a family or couples.
The front door opens into the hallway off which is a convenient downstairs wc. From the hallway you enter the stylish open-plan living space which is light and airy making it a lovely space to relax in. A wood burner provides warmth on a colder night to cosy up whilst watching a movie on the television.
Within in the living space is an extendable dining table and chairs, the perfect place to sit and plan your day ahead. Beyond the dining table is a very well-equipped kitchen with a double electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Bifold doors from the living area open onto a delightful courtyard with table and chairs perfect for the afternoon sun and alfresco dining. There is a handy washing line to hang your swimwear after a day on the beach, less than a five-minute walk away.
The first floor provides a spacious double bedroom and a twin room, both boasting shower en-suites.
Located in the village centre just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, village shops and all the best pubs and restaurants.
As Kingsand is a historic village there is very little private parking and there is no private parking at the cottage. However, you can easily park and load/unload directly outside the cottage and the public pay and display carpark is less than a three-minute walk.

Best thing is having good beaches so close for swimming!

Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. The house is well placed right by the rising sun pub and there are plenty of facilities in the two villages. The house would have been a bit cramped for four adults, but would be comfortable for a family of two adultssee more

The house would have been a bit cramped for four adults, but would be comfortable for a family of two adults and children. Best thing is having good beaches so close for swimming ( the water always seemed to be calm and inviting). The Cawsand ferry gives easy access to Plymouth and there are good walks in the area, but you will need a car to reach Tregantle beach etc.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of the village, the cottage comfortably sleeps six guests across two double bedrooms and one twin room, making it ideal for families, couples or friends looking to enjoy Cornwall’s beautiful south coast.
Entering the property, guests are welcomed into a bright and inviting dining room which flows through to the well-equipped kitchen.
